    All orders are shipped free within Canada and the U.S.

    Original Artwork Order Processing Time: Please allow about 2-4 weeks for your artwork to ship and arrive from Canada. This allows for packaging, order processing, and shipping time. Shipping may be longer during the December holiday season. Original artwork will be sent by Canada Post or equivalent service with a tracking number and insured.

    International Shipping Policy: International Shipping is calculated and charged at checkout. All international shipping includes a tracking number and insurance. The Buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes that may be imposed on them by their country.

  • Refund Policy

    We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
